A juicy fruity hop bomb to take your mouth on an East Coast vacation
Farmhouse Ale - Saison
Franco Belgian style saison with white peppercorn and bitter orange peel. Amber hues. Fruity and spicy.

Citra, Citra, and more Citra! A Northwest style IPA with a solid malty backbone to balance the hopiness.

An English inspired Brown Ale, with a Northwest kick.

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy
The big brother to our High Knoll Hazy IPA, this is a doozy of deliciousness.
Wheat Beer - Witbier / Blanche
A Belgian Wit with a Thai Twist. Coriander, Ginger Root, Galangal, and Lime give this beer its distinct flavour. Perfect for a hot summer evening.
Porter - Imperial / Double
Sour - Fruited
A light, refreshing kettle soured ale, made with golden pears, lime zest, and a hint of ginger.
Sour - Fruited
Not quite a mortal sin, but a cheeky nod to our friends in Montreal. This peach sour, with a hint of vanilla, packs a punch. Consume with caution.
Sour - Fruited
Kettle Sour Ale with dark cherries and wild secondary fermentation.
IPA - Quadruple
The juiciest, fruitiest East Coast IPA that we could conceive of making. It is an even more beefed-up version of our High Knoll Hazy IPA. Even Higher than the Higher Knoll!
IPA - Cold
A Cold IPA, pouring like a cold, crisp Lager, but with a huge tropical hoppiness that is all IPA.
Sour - Other
This brew was a true labour of love. It spent a year in our open fermenter, aged on Brettanomyces, and another 3 months bottle conditioning using champagne yeast. A subtle tartness, with notes of stone fruit.
Pilsner - Italian
Brewed with Adriatic pilsner grains, and lightly hopped with Saphir hops, this pilsner boasts a soft mouthfeel and easy but earthy finish.
Stout - Milk / Sweet
Brewed for Tet New Year or Lunar New Year, our take on Vietnamese coffee (cà phê s?a dá).
This style of coffee is served cold on sweetened condensed milk. We have made this beer in partnership with Ghost Roaster Coffee, a local coffee roaster out of New Westminster, with Brazil Daterra Full Bloom 100% tree dried natural coffee.
Pale Ale - American
This beer was developed and brewed by the women of Tinhouse, and celebrates Diversity In Brewing.
Sour - Flanders Oud Bruin
A Flanders-style Oud Bruin, wild fermented on cherries with Lactobacillus and Brettanomyces.
Lager - Vienna
A rich amber Vienna-style lager made in the traditional method of the old country for which is was named. A bold malty finish.
Bitter - Session / Ordinary
Made in the style of an ESB. Lighter body, lower ABV.
