IPA - American Craft Beer is Dead is our exploration with a more classic style of IPA. Initially, we set out to make an American IPA, but that was a few iterations ago. This current version is more of a West Coast/California/Blond IPA style, hopped with Centennial, Citra, and Citra Cryo.

Jellystone

IPA - New England / Hazy Jellystone is brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and 2 new blends of Cryo hops that were created to target specific flavours and aromas during their interaction with yeast. It has an extremely pleasant, upfront aroma and tastes of raspberry, blueberry, honeydew melon, and sweet ripe fruit.

Double Infinity (Citra)

IPA - Imperial / Double Double India Pale Ale. This time Citra.

Coconuts

IPA - Fruited Superflux Beer Company was founded on the time honoured traditions of our craft. Our 7th Generation Brewmasters strictly adhere to the Bavarian Purity Laws of 1516, hand-selecting only the choicest malted barley, the finest hops, and the purest mountain spring wa… blah blah blah blah… we put coconut in an IPA and it’s delicious. Coconuts IPA is hazy, dry hopped heavily with Citra and Vic Secret, and finished on some sexy coconut.

Marigold

Pale Ale - New England / Hazy Heavily dry-hopped with a blend of Mosaic and Nelson-Sauvin. Pours a hazy, pale yellow/orange colour with bright carbonation. We get pungent grapefruit, lime, and sauvignon blanc skin with a dry yet soft finish.

Airstream

IPA - New Zealand Airstream features a brand-new hop from New Zealand called Nectaron, which we flew over in Business Class according to the invoice. Nectaron imparts deep, ripe fruit mostly in the peach and grapefruit realms, at least in this beer. There’s this familiar ’old school’ IPA note on the palate that none of us can really put our finger on, maybe Simcoe hop notes, or, it might be that Nectaron is subtle enough to let a little bit of malt flavour come through (?what?). It also has a very juicy, long finish with a clean bitterness. A fun beer. You know, to enjoy, and have fun with.

Velvetone

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy Double IPA w/ Citra, Mosaic, Nelson & Galaxy.

Wonderlove

IPA - New England / Hazy Wonderlove is an IPA with Galaxy, Citra, Idaho 7 Cryo and Phantasm Powder. This IPA has notes of grapefruit, soft pineapple and passionfruit.

Feathergreen

IPA - New England / Hazy Feathergreen is fermented with a thiolized yeast strain and dry-hopped with Simcoe and Citra Cryo. It finishes slightly sweeter than some of our other IPAs and is really pleasant and round. A soft mouthfeel combines with notes of pine resin, grapefruit, and orange zest.

Nova

Sour - Other Dry Hopped Sour w/ Citra & Galaxy.

Ohms

IPA - American “OHMS” is a 6.5% IPA dry hopped with Galaxy, Vic Secret and Citra Cryo.

Double Infinity (Mosaic)

IPA - Imperial / Double Double India Pale Ale. This time Mosaic.

Barracuda

IPA - American India Pale Ale. Our favourite hop blend.

Double Infinity (Vic Secret)

IPA - Imperial / Double A Double IPA with Vic Secret, with flavours and aromas of pineapple skins, guava juice, and a herbaceous, sappy pine character.

Double Infinity (Galaxy)

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy Double India Pale Ale. This time Galaxy.

Montserrat IPA

IPA - American Montserrat is an IPA dry hopped with a large dose of Eclipse, Galaxy, and Citra. We are big fans of the Eclipse Galaxy combination and taste notes of mandarin orange, pineapple, and pine needles with that classic bold Australian hop dankness.
