Suggested Beers to try at Rewind Beer Co..
IPA - American
The 90’s called: they want their IPA back. Step back in time with this classically LARGE West Coast IPA with HUGE notes of dank pine, citrus & candied fruit, followed by an assertively BIG AND BOLD IPA bitterness, as it should be.
Stout - American
Coffee, chocolate and perfect dry American Stout.
Sour - Fruited Gose
We took a lightly sour gose-style and dazzled it up with hits of tart apricot, peach and a pinch of salt to keep it crushable.
Farmhouse Ale - Saison
This beer is light gold in colour with a slight haze and a fluffy white head that dissipates slowly. The addition of Japanese rice imparts a lightly sweet and grainy character to the beer while the Motueka hops bring out citrusy flavours of lemon, lime and tropical fruit. Notes of black pepper and clove shine throughout, creating a refreshingly dry Saison with a moderate bitterness perfect for warm weather adventures or pairing with light and fresh dishes.
IPA - New England / Hazy
This one's "juuuusssst a bit outside" the norm as we skipped the big doses of Citra hops and went instead for a combination of Sultana, Galaxy and Azacca to create a punchy, tropical pineapple-mango flavour profile in an ultra-thick hazy body.
Fruit Beer
Pogo Ball is a refreshingly bright purple blueberry ale hopped with Magnum to give it a big citrus bounce and then smoothed out with vanilla and blueberry for a light and fruity finish.
Fruit Beer
Cherry Berry Fruit Beer
IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
A shadowy flight into the dangerous world of a beer that does not exist. Knight Rider is on a crusade to unite the flavours of dark chocolate, espresso and resinous pine in a Black IPA that operates above the law.
Brown Ale - Other
The days are short, the nights are cold, and you need a little something extra to keep those legs warm. Well look no further, we have just the answer: LEG WARMERS! This exciting new palate-workout starts with marshmallow-soft notes of Ghanain Chocolate, works into a toasty, boozy-warm centre and finishes with a hint of heat on the back of your tongue from a splash of vodka-soaked Mexican Chillies.
Special Notes: The Ghanaian Cacao was added post-fermentation and let sit warm for two nights. A proprietary mix of Ancho, Arbol, Guajillo, Habanero, Cascavel & Mirabel Mexican Chilies were soaked in Vodka for several weeks before being added to the fermenter once the beer had cooled. The beer was then aged for two-and-a-half months in steel.
IPA - American
This one's gonna spin your head around a bit... because it's an American West Coast style IPA but made with 100% Vienna Malt, creating some bready and biscuity notes while maintaining a classic citrus/pine flavour profile.
IPA - American
Light and Dry with a gentle touch of honey and cracker sweetness. An assertive bite of grapefruit and citrus with a resinous pine aroma. Hops: Centennial, Simcoe, Cascade, and Columbus.
Fruit Beer
Showcasing two Colombian fruits -- Guanabana and Lulo -- this ale highlights citrus, pineapple, and banana aromas in a tropical squeeze of paradise. Very light and spritzy and easy-drinking, it pours a cloudy golden yellow. Give 'er a squeeze!
Wheat Beer - Fruited
Keep your palate in shape with Razzercise, the wheat ale workout dancing with fresh raspberries, key lime citrus and a bright, tart finish.
Altbier - Traditional
Shaketown X Rewind Collab
Cream Ale
Light & hoppy cream ale.
IPA - New England / Hazy
Hazy Number 2.
Woo-Hoo!... a-Woo-Hoo!...
I got my head checked / By a jumbo jet / It wasn't easy / But nothing is
Except this beer. It's hazy, citrusy, tropical AND INCREDIBLY CRUSHABLE. Everything you want in a thick, juicy New England IPA.
WOO-HOO!
