Off The Rail Brewing | Premier Vancouver Craft Brewery
Off the Rail Brewing Co. is a premier Vancouver craft brewery. We love making craft beers almost as much as we enjoy drinking them.
Micro Brewery
Suggested Beers to try at Off The Rail Brewing.
IPA - American
Going Off The Rail(s) for a Crazy Train (IPA)! A nod to the traditional west coast IPA style with notes of grapefruit, pine and bitterness, but craftily balanced with a big malt backbone to match the hop profile. You’ll be surprised to find out that it packs a 75 IBU punch!
Spiced / Herbed Beer
What originally started as a small batch tribute to our neighbour, Raj, is now a mainline beer by popular demand. Deliciously soft and refreshing, this sessionable ale features kaffir lime leaf and lemongrass balanced by a pale malt body.
IPA - Session
Light, crisp and sessionable summer ale with tropical fruit and citrus notes. Pairs well with sunshine!
Pale Ale - English
Our pale ale is made from premium 2 row and lightly roasted English Barley. With well rounded caramel flavor and pleasantly finished with traditional Golding hops, our ale will satisfy your taste buds and take you back to your favourite Old English Inn.
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
This true-to-style Czech Pilsner starts off tasting clean and light but finishes with a sharp crispness from the noble Saaz hop.
Bitter - Extra Special / Strong (ESB)
Formerly known as Belt Up ESB.
This Extra Special Bitter is true to style with its striking balance between a complex, earthly malt body and just the right amount of bitterness in the finish.
Red Ale - Irish
The Raybuck Red is a malt-forward Irish style red ale with a rich, roasted malt body. Look for notes of biscuit, chocolate and a mild bitterness from the Fuggles and Willamette hops.
Stout - Oatmeal
Smooth and rich with roasted notes of coffee and chocolate. Poured on nitro in the tasting room making it silky smooth.
IPA - New England / Hazy
Malt, oats & wheat give this northeast style a lovely hazy appearance. Full flavoured, fruit forward and juicy best describe this new addition to our IPA lineup.
Lager - American Light
Made with organic Mt. Hood hops, our lager is well balanced, smooth and refreshing. Our lagers are not released until conditioning or “lagering” at lower temperatures is complete. As someone else said, “we will serve no beer before its time”, and we know you will appreciate the difference in the time we take to mature our lager.
IPA - Imperial / Double
Our first in a serious of new IPA’s, our Comet Launcher is a nod to our newly found delight in the Comet hop. Blended with some of our other favourites, this stronger IPA has a lovely aroma and wonderful malt balance with pine and grapefruit flavours most prominent.
Blonde / Golden Ale - Other
Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen
A tropical twist on a traditional German wheat ale that strikes a balance between sweet and slightly tart.
Pale Ale - American
A hop-forward pale ale in the popular single-malt-and-single-hop style with tropical fruit notes of passion fruit and guava, balanced by robust malt body.
IPA - American
Our Hopinionated IPA is deliciously balanced and hopped up with Topaz and Mosaic then dry hopped with Galaxy for a truly West Coast profile.
Kölsch
Rather than a full wheat ale we brought you a German style Kolsch made with 25% wheat malt. Light bodied but very flavourful, slight sweetness and oh so easy to drink. No lemons needed!
Porter - Imperial / Double
IPA - Black / Cascadian Dark Ale
A dark take on the original IPA, KerryD Away is a refreshingly hoppy beer with citrusy, floral notes. Also known as a Cascadian dark ale, KerryD Away has a robust pine aroma and roasted malts that create a dark colour. We finish this extra dark IPA with traditional Cascade hops to keep it very North West.
IPA - Milkshake
