Suggested Beers to try at Another Beer Co..
Stout - Oatmeal
Imagine... Vivid red leaves softly land amongst green grass. The sky shines blue as the sun burns low. The season is changing and so are you. You toss aside the crisp, lightness of summer. It's time to slip into your Tactical Turtleneck. At 4.5% it is comfortable yet practical. The roasted aroma of coffee, vanilla, and hazelnut seep into your body, rich yet light. You ease into fall with this smooth oatmeal stout, prepared for anything that comes your way.
Sour - Fruited
We started by brewing a light golden sour, with soft honey and lemon notes, which we then layered 150kg of Raspberries on to during primary fermentation. We then conditioned the beer on cold steeped, locally roasted coffee from our friends at Old Crow Coffee Co. This beer is light, refreshing and has a wonderful depth that changes with every drink.
IPA - Milkshake
INTOLERANT - MILKSHAKE IPA
Our head brewer Clete is intolerant to lactose, so we brew this beer whenever he goes on vacation. Strawberry & tropical hop flavours blend with a creamy malt base of milk sugar and oats in this rebellious IPA.
Contains Milk Sugar.
Wheat Beer - Hefeweizen
Poolside Hefe is a sun tanners dream. Boasting govs of classic banana flavour. This traditional Bacarian Hefeweizen is made up of 50% German Wheat and a blend of German Pilsner malts. Full-bodied, with clove, earthy spice and subtle notes of vanilla and tangerine citrus. You wont mind basking in it all summer.
Sour - Fruited
A simple oat and 2-row sour with complex additions of key limes, milk sugar and vanilla. We kept the PH pretty high on the sour base, giving this beer a balanced crushability — it may seem like a crazy profile, but this is no gimmick. ‘Live in the Now’ because we put summer in a glass.
Pale Ale - American
Golden Promise yeast, Belma and Centennial hops.
IPA - American
An IPA with Hopsteiner Lotus, Yakima Cheif Hops Citra & Centennial hops. 2-Row, Flaked Oats, Wheat, and Chit malts. Big notes of Orange, Vanilla, Pineapple and Tropical Citrus. Soft up front with a clean bitterness on the backend.
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
IT TAKES THREE TO TANGO //
Our good friends at @brewculture tipped us off on a brand new hop bursting with tropical goodness and so naturally we needed to try it…and by try it, we mean throw bags and bags of it into a new triple IPA. Tango*, developed by @seitzfarm in Germany, is super dynamic with big notes of mango, pineapple, cassis, and geranium. We combined it with stalwarts Citra and Azacca and laid it on a bed of Canadian Pilsner, Oats, and Spelt to create a beer that is soft, dry, and begs to be known. Right now**, we’re getting big aromas and flavours of Papaya Flesh, Young Mango, Pineapple, Orange Rind, Dankness, Cassis & Geranium.
Pilsner - Czech / Bohemian
Is this beer a pilsner or a lager?
Porter - Imperial / Double
This beer contains an nsane amount of actual cookies from @scarlitos way
IPA - New England / Hazy
With covid, we’ve been binge watching a lot, and as it turns out Hot Ones with host @seanseaevans and @firstwefeast is the solution to all of our needs of killing time during quarantines and just no fun times. Paul Rudd’s interview is by far our favourite and this now gif famous scene became a constant in our day to day activities at the brewery:
“We made a Hay IPA! - Hey, Look at us!”
“We cleaned up the brewing space before opening! - Hey, look at us!”
“We made it through a winter during Covid! - Hey…” You get the idea...
IPA - Imperial / Double
Because the Internet (7.5%) • DDH Fruited IPA, brewed with Canadian Pilsner malt, Flaked Oats, Flaked Barley, and White Wheat Malt; Hopped with Azacca, Citra, Ekuanot, and Sabro; Fruited with Pink Guava and Passionfruit; Fermented with a blended wild/hazy yeast strain (V. 3005)
Sour - Fruited Berliner Weisse
One of our favourite things about the craft beer community is how each region of the world brings its own style to the party, and in Florida, that style is heavily fruited sours. Hot weather demands a light, crushable tropical sour and BC deserves the same. This version of our Florida Weisse contains pineapple, sweet cherry and key lime, the mix at times tastes like a daiquiri, with an ever-evolving shift in perceptible fruit on each taste.
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
IPA - Triple New England / Hazy
Sultana, solero and calypso hops blend to create a deeply tropical and saturated beer with notes of pineapple, guava, melon, sweetsop and stone fruit.
